A multilingual interactive leisure guide network

MOBIGUIDING's purpose is to build a multiplatform multilingual interactive network for guiding people through the leisure events occurring in their towns. Contributors from all countries will enter information on leisure and cultural events in their geographical areas. This guide will be available through the Internet and on last generation mobile devices. MOBIGUIDING is meant to be an interactive tool for end users, event organizers and content suppliers, featuring cutting-edge multimedia technology, including video, voice servers, geolocalization and m-commerce. The project will be based on a new business model which enables all value chain players to contribute to content creation and therefore benefit from this ever-growing network of information.
